Single parent families

Today's family life is very different from the past. A few years ago, father went to work to support his family, mother stayed with her children at home, but today is not as good as the past. Now a day it is not uncommon for only one parent to raise children, and these children are often disadvantaged in several ways.

Single parents cannot show the same feelings as their married counterparts because the love between parents plays an important role in the family. Children learn how to get love from their parents, but their love may be somewhat unpleasant if both parents are not there to teach them how to love, their love may be intangible. Yes, single parents can express their love to their children, but they do not express their love with their spouse. As a result, children from single-parent families are deprived of the learning experience of husband and wife loving each other. So, this can have a big impact on children. The relationship is something everyone needs, especially children.

Children need a really strong relationship with their parents, but single-parent children are often denied this privilege because they often do not have enough time to spend with each other when separated from their parents. Children who are close to their parents are more likely to respect their parents' authority. The problem with single parents is that usually single parents have no time to help and accompany their children establish close relationships with them.

Another issue is how children can establish a strong relationship with their non-living parents and often not see them regularly. The simple fact is that children need to have close relationships with both parents at home and to teach them to respect the authority of their parents. It is true that not all children from both families have close relationships with their parents, but this possibility is much greater. Whether mother or father, a single mother or single father, the child needs guidance. They will only be the product of what they learned from young people age, these children are deeply affectionate affection to enhance their compassion. This must be true whether the family structure is implied respect and one of the strong moral values that one day they can pass on to their families.

On the other hand, which is Dual Family. The dual parent family’s financial situation of the two income families is better, the economic pressure may be smaller. Children also enjoy the benefits of not having children worry about the money in their home. More money translates into higher quality day care, early education and private education. Families can get better health care, save more for their children's college education, enjoy more nights as a family and take more frequent holidays, better and longer than they could have been.

Besides that, Dual families’ life for children will be more better and well. Children have father and mother always at beside children support and assist the children compare to the single families is more comfortable. Dual parent families may help children in this environment grow up in very well and children also no need worried so much. For example, children go school have mother and father fetch back is a thing very blessed. What I can say if now you are dual parent families please appreciate what you have now. For this dual parent families will build up for the family’s member relationship become establish and become strong.

Thus, Father and mother also will spread and share their knowledge of life to the children, so that the children will have more knowledge and more understanding about external things. Compare to the single parent families, dual parent family’s children is more advantages on this, because children are learn two person knowledge. The effect of single parenting on children on the experience of the parent is aside from the direct influence of household structure on academic achievement and learning, a single-family home environment may influence a child's behavioral performance in school, which can indirectly affect learning and interest in school.

Based on my opinion, when single parents are working full time and therefore have less available time for their children, the situation may lead to either behavioral issues or lower academic achievement. From single-parent families may affect the child's academic development. The pressure of separation between you and your partner and the resulting changes in your life and daily routine can cause problems. You may also find yourself working longer and dedicating less time to helping with homework. For example, children from single-parent homes may be more likely to drop out of school, and they are also more vulnerable to alcohol and drug use, this is also one of the reason will affect children.

Single parents can have deep negative consequences on a student's academic performance, as parents play an important role in the academic development of most children. Previous studies have shown that since single parents have to spend their children's schooling, the children of both parents perform better than the children of single parents.
